Adding Your First Bottle
A quick guide to adding your first bottle to your collection.
Ready to start tracking your collection? Here's how to add your first bottle to BarrelChatter.
- Tap the Catalog tab at the bottom
- Use the search bar to find your bottle
- Tap on the bottle to view details
- Tap the Add to Collection button
- Fill in optional details:
- Status - Sealed, Open, Finished, or Sample
- Purchase Date - When you bought it
- Purchase Price - What you paid
- Purchase Location - Where you bought it
- Storage Location - Where it's stored
- Notes - Any personal notes
- Tap Save
Pro Tip: You can also add bottles by scanning their barcode - just tap the Scan button and point your camera at the UPC code.
