About BarrelChatter

Built by collectors, for collectors.

Our Story

BarrelChatter started with a simple problem: keeping track of a growing bourbon collection. Spreadsheets were clunky, notes got lost, and there was no good way to share our collections with fellow enthusiasts.

We wanted something that understood the unique needs of whiskey collectors—tracking not just what bottles we have, but where they came from, how they taste, and the stories behind them. We wanted to share our bars with friends and discover what others were drinking.

So we built BarrelChatter: a platform designed from the ground up for bourbon, rye, and whiskey collectors. With features like NFC smart tags for instant bottle access, detailed tasting notes, shareable menus, and collector groups, we've created the tool we always wished existed.
