Editing Inventory Items
How to update bottle status, price, location, and notes.
Keep your collection up to date by editing bottle details as things change. You can update status, add photos, change storage locations, and more.
- Go to Collection tab
- Tap on the bottle you want to edit
- Tap the Edit button (top right)
- Update any fields:
- Status - Sealed, Open, Finished, Sample
- Storage Location - Where it's stored
- Purchase Date and Price
- Purchase Location
- Notes
- Photo - Take new photo or choose from gallery
- Tap Save
Quick Actions
From the bottle detail screen, you can also:
- Tap the status badge to quickly change status
- Tap Log Tasting to record a pour
- Tap Link Tag to connect an NFC tag
