Claiming and Linking Tags
How to claim NFC tags and link them to bottles.
Before an NFC tag works with your collection, you need to claim it to your account and link it to a bottle.
Claiming a Tag
From a Tag Pack:
- Go to More → Tags
- Tap Claim Pack
- Scan the QR code on the pack
- All tags in the pack are now yours
Individual Tag:
- Tap the Scan button
- Hold phone to the tag
- If unclaimed, tap Claim Tag
- The tag is now yours
Linking to a Bottle
- Go to Tags in More menu
- Find the tag to link
- Tap Link to Bottle
- Select a bottle from your collection
- Done!
Or from a bottle:
- Open a bottle in your collection
- Tap Link Tag
- Scan an unlinked tag
- Tag is now linked
Managing Tags
In your Tags list, you can:
- View all claimed tags
- See which bottle each is linked to
- Unlink a tag (to reuse for another bottle)
- Add a custom label to the tag
